1. Products & Orders

All bouquets and arrangements are fresh and made-to-order.

We do our best to ensure products match the website descriptions, but flowers may vary due to seasonality and availability.

Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Requests made earlier may be considered case-by-case.
2. Payment

Payment is required at checkout. We accept major payment methods in SGD.

Prices are correct at the time of order. If there’s a mistake, we will contact you to correct it.
3. Delivery

We deliver islandwide in Singapore.

Delivery may fail due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or access issues.

Redelivery fees will apply if a second attempt is needed.
4. Refunds & Damages

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email hello@seedtobloom.mom within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos. We may offer a replacement or partial refund.
