Welcome to Seed To Bloom! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Orders

  • All bouquets and arrangements are fresh and made-to-order.

  • We do our best to ensure products match the website descriptions, but flowers may vary due to seasonality and availability.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Requests made earlier may be considered case-by-case.

2. Payment

  • Payment is required at checkout. We accept major payment methods in SGD.

  • Prices are correct at the time of order. If there’s a mistake, we will contact you to correct it.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver islandwide in Singapore.

  • Delivery may fail due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or access issues.

  • Redelivery fees will apply if a second attempt is needed.

4. Refunds & Damages

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email hello@seedtobloom.mom within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos. We may offer a replacement or partial refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, text, product descriptions) belongs to Seed To Bloom and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by:

    • Late or failed deliveries

    • Improper handling of perishable goods

    • Website issues or technical problems

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

8. Changes

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
