Refund policy

All Seed To Bloom bouquets are freshly made to order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Requests more than 48 hours before fulfilment may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We may offer a replacement or partial/full refund if appropriate.

Flower Substitutions:

  • Seasonal availability may require substitutions of similar flowers; this does not qualify for refunds.

Delivery Issues:

  • Failed deliveries due to wrong addresses, recipient unavailability, or access issues are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Redelivery fees will apply if a second attempt is needed.
